Gladstone scientists map process by which brain cells form long-term memories.

Great discoveries are not made all at once, but rather in little steps, one at a time. One such little step seems to have uncovered the pathway by which learning goes from temporary into long-term storage, thus establishing new pathways in the brain long into adulthood.
